What to wear?!

Hi guys!! I need advice, I m going to a wedding and I don’t really know what to wear, as I will be in work I wont make it to the church but will go to the meal. I have two outfits that I could wear but I’m not sure which one to go for. I didn’t want to but a cocktail/weddingly dress as I tend to only wear them once and I wanted to get more wear out of what I bought. Please help me decide between the two!!

    love the second outfit. i have a dress just like that from topshop apart from it has no arms, and little bows at the top - but still very simular lol!
